उमर (कुछ खातों के अनुसार उथमान) ने एक नवाचार किया और 6 खतरे के इस्लामी दिरहम पर प्रहार किया।

3. He pledged allegiance to the second caliph 'Umar ibn Khattab and helped him as a trusted advisor.

* अलकायदा एवं इसके सहयोगी संगठनों, लश्करे तौएबा, जैश ए मुहम्मद, डी कंपनी तथा हक्कानी नेटवर्क एवं अन्य क्षेत्रीय गुटों जो दक्षिण एशिया में स्थिरता को नुकसान पहुंचाने का प्रयास करते हैं, जैसी संस्थाओं द्वारा प्रस्तुत खतरे को दोहराते हैं;

13. * The Sides reiterated their condemnation of terrorism in all its forms and reaffirmed their commitment to dismantle safe havens for terrorist and criminal networks such as Da’esh/ISIL, Al-Qa'ida, Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammad, D Company and its affiliates and the Haqqani Network.

The Ministers welcomed the launch of a bilateral dialogue on designation of terrorists in 2017, which is strengthening cooperation and action against terrorist groups, including Al-Qa’ida, ISIS, Lashkar-e-Tayyiba, Jaish-e-Mohammad, Hizb-ul Mujahideen, the Haqqani Network, Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan, D-Company, and their affiliates.
